In the early 1970s, in order to 'support' my early astronomy hobby, I became a Celestron dealer! The requirement was that I had to purchase at least 5 Celestron scopes. I purchased a C8 for myself (that was my main and only telescope in those days), as well as 3 other scopes, which I sold, and a Celestron 5 telephoto lens - which I still have. I have not used this OTA in more than 40 years (!), but intend to try some astro-imaging with it, now that I have some mounts and CCD cameras.
